Caring for your Art

Resin Art Pieces:

Epoxy Resin is an eye catching, high gloss material that allows me to create stunning pieces with vivid colour and dimension. I use a professional grade, high quality, non toxic, UV resistant epoxy to finish some of my pieces, but unfortunately all epoxy resin will eventually yellow over time. To help prevent this, it is advised to keep your art out of direct sunlight, as this can speed up this process. Also, please do not let your piece sit in excessive heat as it can soften the resin.

To clean your piece, wipe gently with a lint free cloth and a gentle cleaner. While epoxy is hard, it is not scratch resistant. Please handle your piece with care, and never push on the underside of the canvas as it can create indentations on your painting.

Varnished Pieces:

Gently wipe with a lightly damp lint free cloth. Handle the canvas holding the outer edge of the wooden frame only. Do not push down on the canvas or on the underside - the pressure may create indents that affect the appearance of your piece.
